5, different chemical labeling
AQ 3047-2013 in the missing part of the content in GB/T 30000.31-2023 supplemented, the main supplement is the mixture of chemicals labeling methods, similar to the chemical labeling, but no concentration requirements.

7. Printing issues
Both standards require the logo to be no smaller than 80cm x 60cm for horizontal versions and 60cm x 90cm for vertical versions, with a yellow and black striped border, but the requirement for the border is only greater than or equal to 3mm!
For a frame close to 1 meter, 3mm plays no role at all.
In addition GB/T 30000.31-2023 more requirements:
Pictograms at a distance, smoke conditions or container partially blurred conditions may also be seen.
8, set the location of different
AQ 3047-2013 on the setup location requirements are less, there is only one requirement: workplace entrances and exits, external walls or reaction containers, pipelines and other conspicuous locations.
There are two setup requirements in AQ 3047-2013 which are categorized into precautions, while GB/T 30000.31-2023 categorizes them into setup requirements:
1. It cannot be set on moving objects;
2. Requirements for line-of-sight angle: close to 90°, not less than 75° at the furthest.
GB/T 30000.31-2023 requirements points in addition to the above are:
1. Set up in the bright environment of the conspicuous place;
2. The sign shall not be obscured;
9. Other requirements
Compared with AQ 3047-2013, GB/T 30000.31-2023 has 2 more items:
1. Requirements for semi-annual inspections, and timely repair or replacement in case of non-compliance.
2. Multiple warning signs can be set up according to specific conditions.
In fact, there should be more than one sign in an area, otherwise the role of prompting is not obvious, such as occupying a relatively large area may have multiple entrances and exits, and should be set up at each entrance sign.
10, the difference between the sample
First spit a sample of the conflict with the previous content: if the sample is scaled up to 80cm wide, the sample of the border is about 7mm or more.
